Terms of Service

These general terms govern access to the StoreLink website and preliminary dealings with Neugens Solution. A signed partnership or service agreement will govern the specific commercial relationship.

1. Operator

StoreLink is operated by Neugens Solution (Registration No. 202503301282 / AS0504872-V), Malaysia. References to “StoreLink”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Neugens Solution.

2. Acceptance

By accessing this website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you act for a company or brand, you confirm that you have authority to provide its information and communicate on its behalf.

3. Website purpose

This website provides general information about StoreLink’s owned-commerce partnership model. Content, examples, estimates and introductory rates are not an offer, guarantee or binding commitment unless incorporated into a written agreement.

4. Partnership selection

Submitting a form does not guarantee acceptance. StoreLink may accept or decline an application based on business fit, traction, product, operational readiness, risk, technical feasibility and available capacity, without being required to disclose internal evaluation criteria.

5. Commercial agreement

Approved partners will receive a separate proposal or agreement defining scope, responsibilities, transaction fees, settlement, taxes, support, service levels, data roles, termination and any additional charges. That signed agreement prevails over this website if there is any inconsistency.

6. Merchant responsibilities

Unless agreed otherwise, the merchant is responsible for lawful products, accurate listings and prices, stock, promotions, advertising claims, customer service, order fulfilment, returns, refunds to customers, taxes, licences, regulatory compliance, account access and all content supplied to StoreLink.

7. StoreLink responsibilities

StoreLink provides the agreed commerce technology, technical infrastructure, maintenance and support. Exact features, integrations, support channels, service levels and operating responsibilities depend on the signed agreement and third-party availability.

8. Fees and transactions

The founding partnership may use a 1% StoreLink fee on successful transactions, subject to selection and the signed agreement. Payment-gateway processing fees, chargeback fees and other transaction charges imposed by third-party providers are borne by the merchant and are separate from StoreLink’s 1% fee. The calculation base, taxes, refunds, fraudulent orders and settlement treatment will be defined in the signed agreement.

9. Domain and third-party services

The merchant generally purchases and maintains its own domain and pays applicable payment-gateway and other third-party transaction fees. StoreLink may use external hosting, cloud, database, authentication, storage, analytics, payment, shipping, messaging and security providers. Their availability, rules, fees and processing may affect the service.

10. Accounts and security

Users must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, apply reasonable account security and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. StoreLink may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, systems, data or legal compliance.

11. Acceptable use

You must not use StoreLink for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, misleading, harmful or prohibited products or activity; attempt unauthorised access; introduce malicious code; interfere with systems; scrape protected data; or misuse another person’s identity or intellectual property.

12. Intellectual property

Each party retains ownership of its pre-existing brands, content, software and materials. The merchant grants StoreLink permission to use supplied assets only as reasonably necessary to assess, build, operate and support the agreed commerce channel. Custom ownership and licensing are defined in the signed agreement.

13. Availability and changes

We aim to provide reliable systems but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, security events, internet conditions and third-party outages may affect availability. We may make reasonable technical or security changes and will handle service commitments according to the signed agreement.

14. Disclaimers

StoreLink does not guarantee traffic, sales, profit, margin, advertising performance, marketplace performance or business outcomes. Results depend substantially on the merchant’s product, pricing, marketing, operations, customer demand and compliance.

15. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, each party is responsible for its own acts, omissions and obligations. Any exclusions, indemnities or limits of liability for an approved partnership will be stated in the signed agreement; nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Suspension and termination

StoreLink may suspend website or platform access where necessary for security, suspected misuse, legal compliance, non-payment or material breach. Partnership termination rights, data export, transition and outstanding fees are governed by the signed agreement.

17. Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The parties should first attempt to resolve concerns in good faith. The forum and dispute process for a partnership may be further defined in its signed agreement.

18. Changes and contact

We may revise these terms as the website and services evolve. Continued use after publication means the revised website terms apply. Questions may be submitted through the StoreLink Contact page.
