Refund Policy
StoreLink is a selected business partnership and custom commerce service, not a standard off-the-shelf consumer subscription. Refund and cancellation treatment therefore depends on the signed agreement and the nature of the relevant charge.
1. Operator and scope
This policy is issued by Neugens Solution (Registration No. 202503301282 / AS0504872-V), operator of StoreLink. It applies generally to payments made directly to StoreLink, unless a signed proposal or agreement states different terms.
2. Zero-upfront partnership
Selected partners may pay no upfront development, platform, hosting or maintenance charge. Where no amount has been paid, there is no upfront amount to refund. The merchant remains responsible for its own domain and any separately approved merchant expenses.
3. Transaction fees
A transaction fee may be earned when a successful order is processed through the StoreLink commerce channel. Transaction fees already incurred are not automatically refundable. Treatment of cancelled orders, customer refunds, chargebacks, duplicate charges, fraud and payment reversals follows the signed agreement and payment-provider records.
4. Additional approved work
If a partner separately approves paid custom work, third-party licences, special integrations, advertising services or other costs, the applicable proposal will state payment and cancellation terms. Work already performed and non-recoverable third-party costs may be deducted from any approved refund.
5. Incorrect or duplicate payment
If you believe StoreLink charged an incorrect or duplicate amount, notify us promptly with the date, amount, transaction reference and supporting evidence. We will investigate and correct verified billing errors.
6. How to request a review
Submit a request through the Contact page with your legal or business name, contact details, reason, payment reference and supporting documents. A request is not approved until StoreLink confirms the outcome in writing.
7. Processing
Approved refunds will normally be returned through the original or another agreed payment method. Processing time may depend on banks, payment gateways and other third parties outside StoreLink’s control.
8. Merchant customer refunds
Refunds owed by a merchant to its own shoppers are the merchant’s responsibility unless the partnership agreement expressly assigns a different operational role. StoreLink may provide technical tools, but does not assume the merchant’s consumer obligations merely by operating the platform.
9. Applicable law
Nothing in this policy removes rights or obligations that cannot legally be excluded. If this policy conflicts with applicable law or a signed StoreLink agreement, the applicable law and then the signed agreement will govern.
